Rod has advised public sector and government clients, sponsors/developers, funders and contractors on primary and secondary project finance transactions including PFI/PPP/NPD, energy and renewables and outsourcing and facilities management.

He has advised on projects in all major sectors, including accommodation, healthcare, education, transport and energy. He has also advised on power stations, CHP projects, wind farms, biomass, hydro, AD and CCS projects and has extensive experience of facilities management contracts and operational projects, for example, contract variations, disputes and benchmarking.
