As well as providing information on relevant updates and recent cases of interest, these sessions will cover areas such as:

  • What we think of the proposed legislative reforms of procurement laws and provide an overview of recent case law developments;

  • Understanding the flexibility within the existing procurement rules when commissioning, procuring and engaging with health and social care contracts; and

  • Understanding the transition from state aid to subsidy control and the emerging subsidy control regime.

The live sessions will be run by Robin FallasDuncan Osler and Gwen Murphy.

The first live session on proposed procurement reforms will be held on Wednesday 26 January 2022 from 10.00am - 11.30am and will include a Q&A session. Details of further upcoming sessions will follow.
